      We didn’t have set hours to answer phones or emails. However you didn’t feel overworked because you weren’t tied to the office

      Cons

      When new accounts opened they would just add onto somebody’s else’s account instead of promoting more senior managers

      401k and benefits friendly coworkers

      Cons

      pretty much an admin assistant along with being a receptionist but don't get the same privileges they do. being the only one to answer the phone so when management doesn't do their job the pushback falls on you. Management wasn't sure who my supervisor was for a whole year then let me go because it was too much money.
