Pros
Compensation not necessarily the best but plenty of opportunity to improve what had been a non competitive company struggling to stay afloat. Most employees brought in after 2010 were willing to give their all.
Cons
Lack of funding, age of physical plant impacted the company's ability to be viable in a crowded space. Ownership somewhat disengaged from the realities facing their organization.
