Pros

Cardinal Group is a wonderful company to work for.

Cons

When hired I was told there were quarterly bonuses. My ONLY gripe is that it was presented as something you received without issue. However, in my case, I have been given goals it is impossible to reach due to the companies very own policy. For example, my goal was set by my PM last quarter- to have 100% of leases pay by credit or debit card. Why is it impossible? It can cost between $7-28 in “processing fees” per resident, to pay their rent using a card. There is ZERO fee with using a check. Which do you think you would be the method you would use as a college student with very little cash? That fee is like a years worth of ramen!

Thank you for using your voice here. While I don't know particulars about your offer and the performance bonuses, I can say that there is a two way street both here in communications on this platform as well as in the goal setting measures. I'd encourage you to use your voice just like you are here to use your insight and mastery of your craft to reach common ground - much like you do each day with residents and clients.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
