Pros

Cardinal Group prioritizes the well-being of its employees and provides a plethora of opportunities for growth and development. Aside from the benefits and room for growth, the company prides itself on striving for better procedures and improving efficiency. I have been able to network with so many individuals across the company, regardless of how far away they live. Members of upper management remember who I am from previous interactions and even reach out to provide me with tools to help me become a better professional. The people and culture is like no other company I have worked for.

Cons

There is a strong separation, depending on the market and location, between corporate level management and on-site teams. At times, this may cause lack of understanding of the hard work that takes place for on-site team members. Unfortunately, compensation may not always reflect the work on-site teams put in, but it is something I am willing to work with for the culture and atmosphere Cardinal provides.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
