Pros

Company culture - the leaders truly care about it. It's not just lip service. Also, the leadership team is aligned. They all want what's best for the company and don't let any ego get in the way of change, new ideas, etc. I feel so supported by leadership and peers.

Cons

Things are moving fast and it can be hard to keep up. Moving fast can be really fun and interesting, but management needs to set those expectations up front with people in the recruiting process.

Thank you so much for your honest 5-star review! Agreed that setting realistic expectations when hiring for roles is of the utmost importance and is a big factor in setting them up for success. So happy that you feel valued and supported by your leaders and teammates. Continue to foster that same support and culture in those that you lead and cross paths with - that impact is so valuable for the future of Cardinal.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
