Once my original Portfolio Manager left, it went all downhill from there. A lot of the information they share about support during onboarding is not all true. You get the run around from your "mentor" when you need to ask questions. Corporate team did not really seem to care about support and no one reached out to me for my last week except to ask me 1 day before I left to make a spreadsheet of contacts and vendors for them. No congratulations, no good luck, etc. Overall, did not really enjoy my experience. When asking for more since my property was doing as great as it could, I was denied a promotion twice. There was no additional work given to me to try and prove myself. Felt stuck in my position. They told me I "needed more experience with Cardinal". My property literally ran itself so I don't know how much more experience I could have needed...
