      My direct report is kind and doing his best.

      Cons

      Started working here during a transition in which I was promised a high level of support. Not an ounce of support has been provided in FOUR weeks not even a running copy of a lease is available. The only individual who had a single idea what was happening and how to get EXTREMELY important things done left three weeks into my time here and I'm so glad she was able to leave a horribly malfunctioning company for something better. I'm so grateful that I found another job and only have 7 days left here.

      While I could go into detail around the circumstances around the difficulties you are facing on-site through the transition, it still stands that the experience you had as the person who in this equation didn't ask for the transition to happen in the first place is the one who is feeling most affected by it and therefore the most important person in the equation. I'm making sure that the stakeholders involved in the challenges you all are facing are aware of your feelings and can ensure you that your feelings are factored into the calculus about the future of the community.

      Amazing company and amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting this is my dream career and I am so happy to be apart of Cardinal i started as a leasing agent and worked my way up and it was very rewarding.

      Cons

      None honestly please know you will have to work hard of course but it’s definitely worth it.

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
