Pros

I will have to say that I think very highly of Cardinal Group Management as my time here as been nothing but enjoyable. Cardinal Group has created an atmosphere around their employees that encourage learning and growth with multiple paths to take. I feel like I have created many long lasting relationships that extend past the workplace and in doing so, it has made my Cardinal Journey more enjoyable and fun. I do think that this company is very diverse and offers many opportunities for all voices to be heard.

Cons

As much as I love where I work and who I work with, I do think that there is too much praise given to specific cells or individuals based off of numbers (which I understand) and not enough focus or support given to groups that have smaller scale completed goals. Cardinal Group is a praise focused company.

This is fantastic! We are always looking to hear ways we can improve and continue to give recognition. This sparks ideas for how we can give praise in other ways too! Continue to provide ideas and reach out anytime if you have more ideas. - Courtney (courtney.diveley@cardinalgroup.com)

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
