      Pros

      I work at the Place At 117 and it is one of the best jobs I have ever had. Great commission opportunities. Very friendly staff and work environment. The managers here make me feel heard and are always listening to ideas I have. Since I live at these apartments it makes working here a breeze!

      Cons

      Online training was not enough. Had to learn by asking questions.

      Pros

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
