Pros

Every company has its flaws, and cardinal does too of course. But they do a great job of making sure you’re looked after no matter what happens. I have never worked for a company that looks after it’s employees this well. AOB is an amazing guy, not at all what you’d expect and that’s what makes him great.

Cons

In my experience the portfolio managers tend to make my job a bit harder. Mainly in reference to how they relay info from the top down and how we are often left out of the loop.

I am so glad to hear that you have been having a good experience. We truly want everyone to have the same feeling that we take care of you and help you in any way possible. Plus- you're right- AOB is pretty fun! I would love to hear your ideas on how to improve communication. As you know, we truly have a "best idea wins" mentality. Feel free to reach out anytime so we can continue to grow and improve! - Courtney (courtney.diveley@cardinalgroup.com)

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
