Pros

During my time at Cardinal Group, I was blown away by the culture and core values of the company. Each team member holds true to doing the right thing, bringing their best each day, and creating fun. Cardinal strives to making sure each team member feels included, and provides many of amazing benefits, bonuses, and advancement opportunities for those wishing to develop with the company

Cons

Unfortunately, with any multi site company, it's hard to extend the coportate culture to the on site team members. I hardly had conversations with my ops team, even after multiple attempts to address concerns with our onsite management. I also was not given an exit interview upon my resignation, although I provided a proper notices and attempted to acknowledge unrest and issues during the time. I believe better communication between the ops team and on site management can lead to better trust and support for all team members.

Open and honest communication is how we'll keep building, and you've given some great points to consider. A full team meet with the cell teams vs just the CM is a solid observation that we're passing along. Thanks for helping!

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
