5yOffice culture is definitely a thing - one made even more challenging by the times we live in, and especially when there's been a bit of a leadership vacuum at your community. I hope that as time goes by, your team will truly realize that in this business, we have to do what we do for each other, not for ourselves. My challenge to you is to be that voice, the one who reminds your team that a culture is bigger than inter-office politics, it's a responsibility to our residents and especially to eachother.
