      Pros

      You are given the best tools, training and support, they want you to succeed and will try their best to ensure that happens. Every team member from Maintenance to the CEO are just a phone call away, they make themselves available all the time. This is not your ordinary company this is a family.

      Cons

      I can't think of any, I have worked in this industry a long time, and since my 2 years coming in with CGM, I have never had a day I didn't enjoy working for them

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
