Pros
Finally, a company that actually practices their core values! This is the third property management company I've worked for. Out of the three, Cardinal is the only one where everyone works together. I love working here because of the support I get from leadership and the support I get to provide to the onsite teams. There's open and honest communication here, which provides constant growth.
Cons
It's a growing company, so you have to be open to changing positions often. There's also quite a bit of travel. It's a lot of hours, but worth it.
