      Pros

      Team makes you believe you are important because they know they will not be paying employees what they promised.

      Cons

      Regardless of the sale that someone makes or not, entry level position was stated online and in interviews that it was a PAID position(base pay) without commission. Shortly after working there, they kept making excuses of why we wouldn't get paid till "next week". Previously I read a review from the boss saying working more than 40+ hours a week was a choice. That made me LOL. They EXPECT you to work at LEAST 50 hours a week. Not included in on team nights and weekends. I would not recommend unless you are able to have someone help you financially so you can work your butt off to hopefully ONE DAY make it to the top.

      We're honestly sorry to hear that you did not have a favorable experience at Cardinal Business Concepts. We're only aware of one person who's ever left our company unhappy, due to issues that were out of our control. We've made extremely strong relationships with our entire team, and anyone who has ever left our company (very few people have left) has had an exit review letting us know their honest opinions of the company & how we can continue to improve. In regard to some of your comments, we're honestly offended that we are being accused of lying to our team & not thinking they're important; Our team is our TOP priority & our integrity, & the integrity of our team & clients is priority as well. In ALL of our job ads ever listed online, it is clearly stated that "pay is based on individual performance", and that "bonus & commissions" are offered. We do NOT guarantee a certain amount of money on someone's paycheck each week since it is "based on individual performance", and that is clearly stated in job ads, during all interviews, & on the new hire paperwork that each of our employees sign on their first day. We're sorry to hear that you were confused by any of this, but we do make it a point to be extremely clear about everything because not only do we not want our time wasted on someone that's not right for our company, but we do not want to waste anyone else's time either.       Pros

      high energy work environment, student mentality and willingness to learn and have FUN is absolutely necessary. hours are reasonable so I was able to balance both personal and business without feeling overwhelmed. learned a lot of skills that are transferrable to any field.

      Cons

      very fast-paced learning, so if you are not willing to study training material thoroughly, this won't be for you.

      The members of the Cardinal Business Concepts team have an energetic work atmosphere and a positive attitude towards their teammates and their business ethic. The president stays involved in the career path of his employees and cares about having a real work and life balance. This is important for anyone trying to get into a new business and also trying to carve out their own business concepts. If you are goal oriented, passionate, and positive the members of this team will help you excel and stay focused. I grew as a person and as a leader with this business. Cardinal Business Concepts continues to be in my life as business professionals and the team supports me personally as I've grown and moved towards new aspirations.       Stay focused, do not be distracted, this company is hard work be prepared, there is awesome money to be made, just need to work for it! Those looking for a simple desk job, need not apply.
