      Pros

      37 hours between 8am and 4:30pm, no weekends, mileage and £7.50 daily food allowance. Service users are awesome. No one has left the job since I work there (other than retirement)

      There aren’t many cons and sure everyone would find their own but coming from the private sector you’d probably laugh about it.

      Worked for a friendly small team that helped each other out and showed each other respect and understanding when times got tough.

      my contract was only temporary. Hope to work in the same team again.
