Pros
Friendly environment. Decent pay. They have a great safety program that compensates you with food vouchers to spend in the store on groceries, just for staying safe. That was pretty great. Management is very patient while you learn the system. They don't breathe down your backs, I think they figure customers do enough of that.
Cons
Room for growth isn't too big. It doesn't seem like they promote based on performance or seniority for that matter, and that was a really big problem for me. I'd like to be in an environment where people advance up the ladder based on their skills, performance, and the desire to work.
