Great place to grow! - Software Engineer Cardea Employee Review

The people at Cardea are great, they're trying to do something important, and they have some really cool technology. Lots of opportunity to work on new things and cutting edge nanotechnology.

There's never enough money to do anything. Projects get put on hold indefinitely all the time. It makes it hard to finish things.

Reasonable workload, good pay, remote work options, good coworkers, flexible with work/life balance needs.

I think peoples' experience of working at Cardea depends on who their supervisor is. Mine is great, but I know people on other teams don't have the same experience as me. The PTO is also not as good as other places that I've worked - sick time and vacation time are rolled into one pot and it's 3 weeks total.
