Pros
Always evolving, different customers everyday, PTO time. Work from home during covid and very quick with responding to concerns within the company. There’s always a manager to ask questions if you’re confused. Working in the office; they bought lunch every Friday. Rarely every have to work overtime or it’s optional.
Cons
No holiday off except Christmas and thanksgiving. You have to work every holiday with no holiday pay. Unnecessary Micromanagement at times.
