      great group of people, flexibility, ability to work independently.

      limited funding, not much growth potential to move around within the company. not many benefits.

      Pros

      great people, great technology, it was a very collaborative group that all worked well together. Everyone was excited by the technology

      Cons

      We ran into clinical difficulties in our phase 3 trial. I think some of the FDA requirements for combo products are very difficult to acheive

      Good benefits for it's size. Had good leadership with CEO.

      Product was not so good, failed clinical trail.
