      There used to be pros before the merger. Now there are none!

      Cons

      Long Hours, pay plan decreased every year I worked there. Its the only place I have worked where they can cut your pay. Disorganized. Terrible.

      Simply boils down to money, they paid well and the benefits were great.

      Lithias purchase reduced compensation, and time off.

      Pros

      Family business with strong commitment to the local community. Company continues to grow and expand. Has a good wellness program encouraging employees to eat right, stop smoking and exercise.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive for entry level employees. Like many retail jobs, the hours can be long and many jobs include weekend hours.
