      Pros

      Solving environmental problems, some lovely people. Terry McCosker is lovely, and some clients were wonderful. Good training provided.

      Cons

      Governance and leadership was problematic. Teams spread across Australia led to communication issues. A lot of staff turnover.

      Pros

      Remote work arrangements and friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Not a family friendly business like they claim. Had two consecutive miscarriages which I shared with management. The next step was a performance review plan in order to get rid of me. My salary did not match my male colleagues despite doing exactly the same position and training them.
