Pros

Young group of guys working here which is refreshing. Decent pay, close relationship with the CEO/Pres/Owner. Easy to contact any person necessary. Quality work performed for a LARGE clientele.

Cons

Lots of travel, lots of overtime (which could be a pro). A bit chaotic at times, and no sense of seniority, i.e. who is in charge of who. Lack of motivation of veterans to help rookies.

Pros

Everyone was very professional about their work. Jobs weren't just done, they were done the right way. Managers were very fair and would step up and lend a helping hand whenever needed. The projects I worked on were used company wide, which gave me a great feeling of satisfaction.

Cons

Employees are required to travel semi-frequently. In my time with the company, I traveled to cities in: California, Texas, Kentucky, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.

Pros

The pay seemed to be about average or slightly above for the industry. Employees were generally competent though many times, with the combination of travel and long hours, avoidable mistakes were made.

Cons

I continually witnessed inattention to safety. Those charged with overseeing safety and job hazard analysis were not qualified or competent to serve. C.S.I. works primarily in the oil, petrochemical and, power generation industries. Much of the work that they do requires working in confined space.
