      - Location; Squamish is amazing. - People; The people you work with are very nice people. Happy, adventurous and healthy. - Work/life balance; Lots of time off. In the heart of beautiful Squamish

      - Underpaid - Career development - Under utilizing operations skills and knowledge, leading to improper process designs causing hazards and equipment malfunction. - Lack of operations management, specifically management with plant operation experience. - Lack of safety program and a competent head of HSE. Only 2 safety employees and the head of safety has never worked in operations before.

      Pros

      Everyone is very nice and wants to help you learn as much as you want to. There were plenty of opportunities for me to contribute without even having to ask, and when I did ask I got so many interesting things to do that it made me really grow as a student engineer.

      Cons

      There was no set tasks for me other than one, mostly because of the circumstances at the plant, they tried to help me get stuff to do, but often it was not enough.
