      - Average salary - Located in Squamish

      Cons

      - Evidently, CE's Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology has not worked/proved even in a lab scale, neither has in a pilot scale. Surprisingly, they've built a demonstration plant, also are going to build a commercial plant in Texas! - Sycophantic culture and bragging about "saving planet" while the DAC process has failed repeatedly. - Young managers with limited experiences and no expertise. - Mangers with totally irrelevant background (in one case a military-based engineer is director of a department).

      - Excellent coworkers at and outside of work. Hardworking, likeminded individuals and never a shortage of people to ride bikes or hike with after work - Working on cutting edge DAC technology towards climate change solutions - Located in Squamish

      Pros

      Everyone is very nice and wants to help you learn as much as you want to. There were plenty of opportunities for me to contribute without even having to ask, and when I did ask I got so many interesting things to do that it made me really grow as a student engineer.

      Cons

      There was no set tasks for me other than one, mostly because of the circumstances at the plant, they tried to help me get stuff to do, but often it was not enough.
