Not only is he knowledgeable about business, but also he is ahead of the curve on what it really takes to connect a team of remote employees. He puts the team in a position to do great work based on the assignment and individual availability and experience. You always know others at the table are going to be smart, collaborative, and solution oriented when you work with Scott and the rest of the team.

There is some level of unpredictability related to workload but much of this can be attributed to overarching industry dynamics as opposed to the business model.

You are fully responsible for your own time management which really is a wonderful way of working allowing for a great balance between the responsibilities of life and family and the work. • Not to be redundant but merely to stress, there is no "just throw people on the project". All projects are thoughtfully staffed to make sure each client project has the best and right people on it.

• Very little physical, face-to-face time working together. The distance between people can be challenging at certain moments in projects when it is way more convenient to walk down the hall and speak to someone or sit in a room and brainstorm ideas. It happens but not as often as needed.
