Pros
Great company to work for! The partners are all so nice and very "door's always open" for any questions or concerns you may have, and BPM (the parent company) is always very open and welcoming. Compensation and benefits are very generous, the insurance options are amazing. Each implementation you work on is different, so each day is different, which I like because it keeps things from getting stagnant or boring. I love being able to work remotely, it makes balancing work/life much easier in my opinion. Despite the remote work, I still feel as though I know my coworkers very well. :)
Cons
This is a fast-paced industry that is constantly evolving, so it can sometimes feel like things change pretty often, so people that prefer to do the same thing every day might not like this type of work.
