Office politics and personal feelings towards employees should not be a part of the culture or be a driving force to make decisions. Training needs to be evaluated at all plants and you all need to focus on ensuring proper training especially for members of management. Also if your main important ingredient is your employees, treat them as such. The morale at Kansas Avenue is continuing to decline because of lack of concern for employees. Also train and promote from within your staff and stop putting people in management positions that don't know the field, how the company works and spend money on training them properly to use systems that are in place like AS400 system you use.
