All of the above are sadly overshadowed by a toxic work environment with unprofessional staff with a poor attitude towards others, which makes the company’s effort to encourage and appreciate staff feel like a facade to hide the unpleasant organisational culture which has formed here. Unfortunately the few employees which are an asset to the company are buried beneath the sea of an unprofessional toxic workforce making this serious issue very difficult to rectify. The working hours of the organisation are long and difficult with shift patterns being incredibly demanding, including weekends, the business displays little to no regard for work life balance of their staff.
