Pros

For regional field role, your transportation cost is taken care by company through reimbursement. No limit Hotel stays are good and safe for females in managerial roles.. Tickets booked by company Fast paced environment. You get to work with members with different teams at mumbai, chennai offices and other teams based in other location. Lot of VC calls happen Awards like gem or ace in given every year. Majority works happens through whatsapp group. Something you get used to with time.almost 20-25 groups at a time. If you have had medical emergency, company helps with complete support. Good quality training happens for front retail members.

Cons

Senior management plays favorites. If senior management favours a person, everyone turns blind eye to their mistakes. But even if the candidate is good in his/ her work, their credibility is unnoticed of senior management refuses to acknowledge Everyone says the training time is 6 months but silent observation starts post 1 month. If candidate cannot perform within 3 months , god help the candidate.. they will be put on probationary period , then PIP, and then asked to leave. It has one of highest attrition rate amongst jewellery brand : almost 41% Salaries are very less for different roles.. And increments aren't that good. Don't trust sweet faces and hi's of the Senior management. Don't let people know if you have any weakness. Some HODs use it against you. Good work is not appreciated .if you become part of this company , you eventually get to experience that. No matter how much you contribute, you are made to feel that haven't done enough. Senior management hates candidates who ask questions even if candidates can provide solution , still hates them . Be careful whome you trust here. For members who join as store managers, store staff or regional members, do not trust the regional manager. They will say what they personally feel irrespective of how good or bad your work is . And senior management takes their word at face value and. No questions asked whatever the condition. For store managers or store teams , ask is huge in comparison to nominal salary compensation given.
