      Pros

      Good work-life balance, very flexible working, colleagues are passionate about what they do. Possibility of working across the software/hardware stack from UI work to kernel drivers for embedded systems. They try hard not to burn out their employees.

      Cons

      Some projects have a lot of legacy code, pay is below average for London
