Pros
Great team of people passionate about their profession and eager to share knowledge. If you like brewing, flavour chemistry, or microbiology, this is an interesting company to work for. Continuous learning is key: it is encouraged to read a scientific paper, a book from the in-house library, or to attend training courses. Remote working or working unconventional hours is often possible. There are opportunities to travel, visit conferences, engage in public speaking, and develop excellent tasting skills. Nice office environment with a relaxed dress code and plenty of social events.
