The weekend and days off.

This place totally destroyed my confidence. Upper management will shout and belittle you over mistakes that are mainly made by her. She will swear at you and I witnessed her reduce countless people to tears. So many people resigned/left when I worked here. Walking into that building made me feel sick everyday and I was on eggshells all day waiting for her to blow up over something minor. On top of all this, when I resigned I received unprofessional messages over teams from the head of sales. She had a problem with my lack of communication, how I need to think of a team, how they invested time into my training etc.- All I did was follow a contract, I cannot change the length of your notice period. I found it extremely disrespectful, especially how she could easily have had a conversation with me in person about it. I understand the frustration with a team member leaving, but being told they had other people who wanted my role etc is extremely unprofessional when the main reason I was leaving is to do with upper management itself. The main problem is the family run business aspect of it, this is the reason why management can treat their employees the way they do. There is not even an HR you can go to as they left themselves!

Nice offices with parking near the town

Very toxic work environment. Made to feel like scolded children 90% of the time.
