Pros
Not much here. I would have said, there are a few good colleagues here from top colleges of India, but sadly the company and its policies have forced them to leave.
Cons
- This is in no way a professionally run organization. The top management is made up of relatives who talk about their relationships, children, maids and other irrelevant things, even in public functions and meetings. This is quite amusing though. - Top performers are never rewarded and looked after, the management is not in touch with the ground reality. - There is a "chalta hain" attitude and the management feels that finding employees is an easy task. They feel doing technical work is like digging a well, changing the people makes no difference and adding more diggers will get the work done faster. - The company has no problem making false promises, especially to get things done. The technical team heads and HR will make up a lot of things. - Hypocritical attitude, the long list of rules made by the HR are broken on a daily basis by herself. - There is no direction to the company and a lack of leadership. - The top management who were once founders feel they have achieved everything in life and are not at all interested in growing or expanding the company. - Once the leader of the segment, the company now has been overtaken by its competitors who have raised a lot of funding and are much better managed. - This company is like a Roadies set, there will be a lot of politics.
