Pros
This is by far the best company I have worked for in my career. Great pay, Benefits and a positive fast paced work environment. The owners/upper management genuinely care about their customers and employees.
Cons
As a manager my top priority is to make sure that our department runs as smooth as possible. This may mean working long hours/weekends. Work hard/Play hard.
