Pros
I have been in the industry for 13 years and worked for numerous companies. Carshield is the most transparent out there with not only their customers but also their employees. Owners and upper management have created the most trusted brand in the industry and definitely helps us as sales representatives more effectively help the consumer with peace of mind of where they pay their hard earned money into. Managers have spent their time as a sales rep so they can relate to their employees more than someone who was just handed a position. The best thing about being an employee is the compensation. They reward you for putting the time and effort in and the potential earnings are unmatched for a sales position.
Cons
Sales Representatives love it here. They are happy to work overtime, sign up for extra weekend shifts. If you want to be a top sales representative here, you will have to put in the time and effort to be the best. Nothing is handed to you here. Not really a con as it is you get what you put in.
