What are the good things I feel about working at Carshield still is the management has an open door policy you can go to them with any issues you maybe having the pay is good with the opportunity for advancement which is normally done from within they offer unlimited overtime free lunch the first Monday of each month
Cons
The only con I feel is the cost of health insurance which is costly everywhere
