Pros
We are able to offer a product that everyone can benefit for having. Reps that are able to build value in the service can easily make $150,000/year. Reps that put in the extra effort will make over $ 200.000/ year. Management is real and down to earth and allow you to be yourself. Co-workers are very helpful and friendly. I feel truly appreciated for what I do.
Cons
You have to have a money mindset. There is a $5000 plus difference in commission for those that work a little harder towards personal goal. You will work 2 half day Saturdays a month. You will want to work an extra hour here and there, it's a ton of extra money. I have NEVER been told no to a request for a day/week off.
