This company is growing fast. They teach you in training that if you try your hardest and your honest you will do good with this company. Management wants to help you succeed. Two fridays ago i was finishing my shift. I felt that i was not going to make my bonus. Supervisor Justin Sloan took the time out of his busy friday closing shift to see where my numbers were at. He encouraged me to stick around and get my last 4 calls i would need to hit my bonus. He showed me he had confidence in me. I stuck around and hit my bonus thanks to him.
