I’ve had the chance to work with some of the smartest professionals in the automotive and retail tech space. Chad and the leadership team create a safe environment where ideas are welcomed and teamwork is real. It’s a place where people support each other and push to do great work together.

You get used to interacting with all kinds of situations quickly... whether you want to or not.

You're expected to communicate things clearly, but internally, nothing feels fully settled. Processes shift, details aren't always aligned, and you're left trying to explain something that doesn't feel clearly defined to begin with. It creates this constant tension of trying to sound confident while quietly figuring things out yourself.
