Came with many years of experience in Carnext to Customer Insights Department I've understand that whatever I do, I can not prove myself and get trust what Ive deserved. Every little confusion from Product department has been shifted on me and eventuly was formulated as "causing confusion". "Acting like a team" is not a slogan, "Finding someone to blame to justify yourself" is. The analytics team feels that other departments attack them, which is IMHO not the case, this results in pressure on the whole team. I had a long way to recover after this experience which affected my health. The company had no direction and solid strategy, and many great talents are left. If I knew I would never agree to start it.
