Pros

Was a very good place 4 years ago. Pay is ok. Unlimited overtime was awesome while it lasted. Ability to win contests, gift cards, etc

Cons

Constant changing New CEO came in and turned everything upside down No respect for seniority Management tells you something one day, the next day it is the exact opposite Loyalty means nothing We were told to tell the customer anything just to get them in the door of the lot. Warranty is a joke, especially when the branch managers had to handle it.

Pros

Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

Cons

Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
