      Pros

      -nothing -learn to be a liar - learn to sell a car for 15 times its worth.

      Cons

      -being lied to. - being fired for bogus reasons BC the employer don't want you working for them, or the branch manager wants to hire there friend -60 hour weeks, -branch manager tells you not to clock in BC it will hurt the efficiency.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
