      Pros

      CarHop treated its employees well. I enjoyed working for the company. They had a nice corporate office in Minnetonka.

      Cons

      Did not pay very well. Lacked training and development. Also did not feel like the company had strong ethics.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
