      There are no pros for working at this company.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, benefits are terrible, when I was employed my manager worked two states away from me, my manager did not care about my well-being mentally or physically, constantly made me do dangerous tasks without the proper equipment.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
