They care about us and we work as a team. It doesn't matter which location you work at, you can always reach out to anyone and they are more than happy to help. They stand behind their core values: Do the right thing, handle it now, keep it simple, get, work together an have fun!!

Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
