      Pros

      Great opportunity to get in with a solid company that has been around a while! There are great chances to make great income! Being apart of the CarHop family and team makes it fun to come to work! As a sales person it is fun to interact with all the customers and get satisfaction out of your work to help people drive! There is a lot of room to grown an move up with a little hard work and determination!

      Cons

      Some locations are a bit rough around the edges an need some love, if their was more pride into making the locations look would go a long way expecially in the buy here pay here world, We just need to make the outside an inside of all locations so that they are universal and Pride for going to work

      Thank you for your feedback! We are always looking for ways to improve. We are currently making improvements and expanding the Assistant Branch Manager role which should be rolled out early next year!

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
