      There is so many pros to this company. The are a company that listens to there employees and there customers. They help people when everyone says NO! They are making changes to the company by listening to employees and the customers. They are truly here to help people and there credit.

      Price of Insurance for employees is really expensive.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
