      I wouldn't say there are any pros except that the money is decent

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance, no breaks, insane over time. Horrible management. Company has been around for 20 years however its like they're brand new.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
