      Pros

      Good pay if you meet bonus requirements. Offers 401K and medical/dental benefits.

      Cons

      Poor practices at the customers expense. The company buys junk cars and bad parts so be prepared to work with upset customers at all times. The bad reviews online are not exaggerated.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
