The office environment is good on some days

Senior Management is more interested in how much time you were away from your desk rather than working and oh they just increased the working hours without increasing the pay because according to the CEO Sahil Chalana the competition is doing better than us so we must put in more work. It is a typical LALA run company. If you question them they say you don't deserve to be here.
